After many great years of performing and recording under my initials of KPG, interests and approaches to sound changed to a point where a change in name felt all too necessary. Dead Door Unit is that shadowy figure you think is following you in the night, always uncertain if their existence lies beyond your anxiety. That figure was almost always directly involved in the preparation and recording of this release.
